IPL 2021 : KKR Squad arrived in Mumbai For Quarantine

KKR squad is all set to start their training camp for the upcoming season of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 for which players and staff members have started arriving at team hotel in Mumbai for their imperative next seven-days quarantine.Before starting practice at training camp player started to quarantine themselves. Official social media of franchise shared the glimpse of players arriving at hotel.

KKR IPL 2021 Full Squad List.

IPL 2020: KKR ended with 5th position in points table with 7 win & 7 lost & 14 points.Eoin Morgan was appointed as KKR captain after Dinesh Karthik steps aside during IPL 2020.Team will look forward to perform with their highest performance under the captaincy of Eoin Morgan to qualify the IPL T20 Tournament.

Dinesh Karthik, Abhishek Nayar, batsman Rahul Tripathi and pace bowler Kamlesh Nagarkoti are seen to be amongst the first to arrived at stay.Teams first match is at MA Chidambaram stadium, Chennai on 11th April against Chennai Super Kings.

None team of IPL will play at their home ground.This are classified venues of Kolkata Knight Riders are Chennai, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi and Bengaluru.

Mumbai Indians

Mumbai Indians is one of the most IPL titled team in history of IPL tournament. It has more IPL titles than any other teams in IPL this is because of having excellent squad and some good masterstrokes in Auctions.

Chennai Super Kings

Chennai Super Kings always have one of the best batting line up. They have most experienced & well settled players in their team.

Far du plessis and Robin Uthappa as a game opener, followed by Suresh Raina, Ambati Raydu. Their middle order is boasted with the likes of M.S.Dhoni , Ravindra Jadeja and Sam Curran and batting depth will continue if Bravo is in the mix. There are players like Lungi ngidi , Shardul Thakur are in lower batting order.

Delhi Capitals

Delhi Capitals got strong batting lineup of Indian cricket players including Shikhar Dhawan & Prithvi Shaw as game opener,

Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant & Ajinkya Rahane in middle order. Steve Smith & Marcus Stoinis had excellent game play from last season.

With Axar Patel and R. Ashwin at 7 and 8, the batting depth continues and they have got the backup option for Stoinis as Tom Curran or Chris Woakes. 

Delhi Capitals look pretty strong in this season and this season could be a massive for Delhi Capitals.

Punjab Kings 

Punjab Kings has the most destructive & dangerous batsman in the top order lineup.

KL Rahul & Mayank Agarwal as poner batsman followed by Chris Gayle in at three to boost the team score.They made good decision of buying Shahrukh khan for batting line up.

Punjab Kings have a good and long batting depth upto 7 to 8th position in IPL 2021.

Kolkata Knight Riders

In this season of IPL 2021 Kolkata Knight Riders would start the game under the leadership of Eoin Morgan. KKR bought some experienced players like Shakib al hasan, Karun Nair, Harbhajan singh.

Kolkata Knight Riders have strong middle order players including Dinesh Karthik, Andre Russell, Eoin Morgan. They really need good opening batting order.

Talking on lower order, they have good options like sunil narine, Shakib al hasan are also handy batsman.

Royal Challengers Bangalore

Virat Kohli & Ab de Villiers, Best batsman of the decade !!! Yes this deadly batsman with RCB team would opening partner for team. Following Devdutt Padikkal whose performance from last season was really awesome, who can partner with Josh Philippe as opner batsman.

The fifth position is grabbed by handy batsman Glenn Maxwell. Dan Christian on 6th & followed by Washington Sundar at seven.

RCB also have great batting line up and there performance in last was really awesome.

 

Sunrisers Hyderabad

Sunrisers Hyderabad always had deadliest combination of top order batsmans like David Warner and Jonny Bairstow at the top.Manish pandey & Wriddhiman Saha as options to open with Warner.

They have experienced middle order batsman like Kedar Jadhav, Vijay Shanakr,Mitchell Marsh & Abhishek Sharma.

Team SRH is looking all set for this season of IPL 2021.

Rajasthan Royals 

Batting line up of Rajasthan Royals looks improved in this season as compared to last season. Sanju Samson, Ben Stokes, Shivam Dube, Jos Buttler & David Miller are the key players of team.

As they ended last season of IPL with last position in points table they will aim to produce a good performance in this season.

Feb 18: This year IPL auction took place on Feb 18 in Chennai.

Every year, the IPL Player Auction brings with it tons of pleasure and thrill. Franchisees splurge large sums of cash to seal a deal, while some players fail to seek out a bidder.

 Total of 1114 players had registered themselves for the IPL 2021 auction. Out of those , the BCCI had shortlisted a complete of 292 players for the IPL 2021 auction. On the auction day, a complete of 130 players were called call at the IPL 2021 auction, out of which 57 players were sold while 73 players remained unsold.

Chris Morris became the foremost expensive player within the IPL history as Rajasthan Royals bought the South African all-rounder in 16.25 crore INR. 

Shahrukh Khan became the foremost expensive Indian player who was bought by Punjab Kings (PBKS) for INR 5.25 Crores.
